Did you know that potato is a number one ingredient in Norwegian traditional cuisine?
This starchy, tuberous crop was introduced quite late to Norway but the locals
quickly realized that you can use potato for making various types of
meals and dishes. Raspeballs or potato dumpling are just one way of
making best of the potatoes. Akvavit is another. This tour gives you both, so why not join us on Thursday!
